INSTAbond® NUWE-89 (Technical Data Bulletin)

INSTAbond® NUWE-89- A two-component epoxy compound (2:1 mix ratio by weight or volume) designed for underwater or high humidity applications as well as dry ambient conditions. With a pot life of 60-120 min. for a 100g mass, INSTAbond® NUWE-89 cures at temperatures as low as 5°C. Typical bonding applications include, and are not limited to, chemical process equipment and the marine transportation industry. INSTAbond® NUWE-89 contains proprietary Nanotechnology that improves toughness beyond traditional formulating methodology. INSTAbond® NUWE-89 exhibits excellent adhesion to both ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates, many plastics, including FRP and GRP composites.

INSTAbond® NUWE-89- 1 (Technical Data Bulletin)

INSTAbond® NUWE-89-1 - A 1:1 mix ratio (by weight or volume) version of NUWE-89 with a lower Tg that exhibits higher bond strengths. Pot life of 25-35 for 100g mass. Same application environments as the NUWE-89 material.

INSTAbond® NPCI (Technical Data Bulletin)

INSTAbond® NPCI - A two component Epoxy system that is designed for application on chemical processing equipment where excellent solvent resistance and compliance to UL 971 is a requirement. INSTAbond® NPCI-1 has excellent sag resistance for easy application. INSTAbond® NPCI-1 bonds both ferrous and most non-ferrous metals as well as composite plastics in very humid, damp conditions. Mix ratio of 2:1 by volume and a pot life of 70-90 min for a 100g mass.

INSTAbond® NPCI-1 (Technical Data Bulletin)

INSTAbond® NPCI-1 - A 1:1 mix ratio (by weight or volume) version of NPCI with a pot life of 15-25 for 100g mass. Same application environments as the NPCI material.

INSTAbond® N895 (MSDS) (Technical Data Bulletin) (More Info)

INSTAbond® N895 -- A general purpose, two-component epoxy compound that cures at room temperature. INSTAbond® N895 finds application in a multitude of applications from laminating sheet goods, bonding oily metals and many plastics. When fully cured, the material produces a durable, resilient bond that is resistant to many solvents and humid environments. N895 bonds GRP, FRP, most composite materials, aluminum, steel, copper, brass, acrylics, Nylon 66, PVC and Polycarbonate.

INSTAbond® N8894 (MSDS) (Technical Data Bulletin) (More Info)

INSTAbond® N8894 -- A two-component, epoxy laminating adhesive that cures at room temperature. A heat cure is recommended for optimal results. N8894 finds utility in a multitude of applications from laminating skis and snowboards, archery limbs and honeycomb core facing to bonding a veriety of substrates for industrial applications. When fully cured, the material produces a durable, resilient bond that is durable under dynamic and static loading as well as after exposure to many solvents and humid environments. N8894 bonds: aluminum, steel, copper, brass, wood and paper, ceramics and fiberglass.

INSTAbond® BA82 (MSDS) (Technical Data Bulletin) (More Info)

INSTAbond® BA82 -- A general purpose, two-part epoxy compound that cures at room temperature. When fully cured, the material produces a durable, resilient bond that is durable under dynamic and static loading as well as after exposure to many solvents and humid environments. N8894 bonds: GRP, FRP, most composite materials, aluminum, steel, copper, brass, acrylics, PVC and polycarbonate.

INSTAbond® Big Green (MSDS) (Technical Data Bulletin) (More Info)

INSTAbond® Big Green 8121 -- A highly effective epoxy compound designed to use as a chocking or grouting material. The cured material is designed for service in environments that require high compression strength, wide range of service temperatures and environment resistance to water, oils, salts, fuels, and solvents. It is ideal in marine and industrial environments that require precise and permanent alignment of equipment. Big Green can be used to: set steam, gas engines and turbines, pumps, motors and winches, storage tanks and towers, and crane rails.

INSTAbond® 810C (MSDS) (Technical Data Bulletin) (More Info)

INSTAbond® 810C -- General purpose adhesive that bonds and repairs a variety of materials including metls, most plastics and wood. The cured compound is machinable and sandable, and has high service temperature and excellent environmental resistance.

INSTAbond® N-QS5 (MSDS) (Technical Data Bulletin) (More Info)

INSTAbond® N-QS5 -- A two-part, eopxy compound that cures quickly at room temperature. INSTAbond® N-QS5 has high compressive strength, making it very suitable for repairing pitted metal and steel surfaces that are subjected to high pressure. The mix ratio of INSTAbond® N-QS5 resin to hardener is 1:1 by weight and volume.
